| Q. 2. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE? |
| A. The purpose of this website is to be a resource for businesses and individuals who want to hire a good consultant. This website will enable you, the user, to get information on a consultant including their ratings from their previous clients. It also gives you a place to voice your opinion, which helps others in selecting a good consultant. The consultants can market themselves on this site for free and increase their client lead. |
| Q. 3. HOW MUCH DOES THIS WEBSITE COST? |

| Q. 4. HOW DOES THE WEBSITE MAKE REVENUE? |
| A. We prefer to use ad space, as seen on most pages. |
| Q. 5. HOW DO I RATE A CONSULTANT? |
| A. You can Start Here, enter either the last or first name and find the consultant and rate them by clicking on "rate the consultant." If your consultant is not listed, you can add them and rate them. |
| Q. 6. WHO CAN RATE? |
| A. Please only rate consultants with whom you have first hand knowledge and experience. Since we have no way to verify who is rating and whether they have actually worked with the consultant, please take the ratings and comments with hefty pinch of salt. |
| Q. 7. DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME OR EMAIL ADDRESS? |
| A. You are not required to register to rate a consultant. Please note that only your initials will appear next to the rating, if you do choose to enter your name. Also, your email address will not be shared or viewed by any users (review our privacy policy for more details). |
| Q. 8. HOW SOON ARE MY RATINGS POSTED? |
| A. Right away! |
| Q. 9. WHAT CAN AND CAN'T I SAY IN MY COMMENTS? |
| A. The new ratings are reviewed so please only comment on the consultant's professional ability. We reserve the right to delete any rating or comments. Refrain from using threats, unprofessional or foul language. |
| Q. 10. HOW CAN I REPORT AN ERROR I SEE IN THE CONSULTANT'S PROFILE? |
| A. If you find any error with the consultant's profile, email us at support@consultingdojo.com and explain what's wrong. Please title your email, "Consultant Profile Error." |
| Q. 11. WHAT IF I DISAGREE WITH A RATING? |
| A. If you think the rating should be removed, send us an email at support@consultingdojo.com and explain why it should be removed. If you disagree with a rating, then we recommend that you submit your own rating and comments. |
| Q. 12. I AM A CONSULTANT AND I DON'T THINK MY RATING IS FAIR SO WHAT CAN I DO? |
| A. Ratings can be very useful to you, as it will give you ideas about what works well and what doesn't. Consider your ratings more as advice and feedback from your clients. Improvements will only make you a better and more marketable consultant. Also understand that ratings are somewhat random and may not always be fair and consistent. You can encourage your existing and new clients to rate you on this site. Utilize this site as a source to increase your referral base. |
| Q. 13. I AM A CONSULTANT. HOW CAN I REMOVE MY PROFILE FROM YOUR WEBSITE? |
| A. You don't want to remove your profile from this site. Use this as an opportunity to hear what your clients think about you. |
| Q. 14. I AM NOT A CONSULTANT. WILL MY NAME BE SHARED? |
| A. NEVER! Your name is not shared when you recommend a consultant and when you rate a consultant only your initials appear next to the rating. |
